1. Booking & Reservations
- How do I make a reservation?
You can easily book your stay through our secure online booking system powered by OwnerRez. Click “Book Now” or “Get a Quote,” select your dates, and follow the steps to confirm your stay. - Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through our trusted booking partner, OwnerRez, using SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures. - What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards. Depending on your stay, we may also accommodate other payment arrangements—please contact us for details. - When is my balance due?
The final balance is typically due 60 days before your arrival. Your booking confirmation will specify your payment schedule.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms vary by property and are displayed before you complete your booking. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at Book@RoyalPineappleVacation.com. - Do you offer travel insurance?
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. Options may be offered during the booking process.
3. Check-In & Stay Details
- What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is generally after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. - How do I check in?
Instructions will be emailed to you before your arrival, including directions, access codes, and property-specific details. - Are there any additional resort or parking fees?
Some resort properties may charge local resort, parking, or cleaning fees at check-in. These will always be clearly listed in your booking details.
4. Property Amenities
- Do all properties have air conditioning?
Yes. All of our properties offer air conditioning for your comfort. - Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, all linens, bath towels, and starter supplies are provided for your convenience. - Do your properties have Wi-Fi?
Yes, all of our vacation rentals include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
5. Location & Travel
- Where are your rentals located?
Our vacation rentals are located on the islands of Maui and Kauai, Hawaii. - Do I need a rental car?
A car is recommended for exploring local beaches, restaurants, and attractions, though rideshare and shuttles are available in most areas. - Can you recommend activities or tours?
Absolutely! We’re happy to share our favorite local experiences, restaurants, and excursions to make your trip unforgettable.
6. Policies & Requirements
- Is smoking allowed?
All of our properties are strictly non-smoking. - Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at any of our properties. - What is the age requirement to book?
The primary renter must be at least 18 years old and may be required to present a valid ID upon request. - Are you a licensed Hawaii vacation rental operator?
Yes. The Royal Pineapple operates as a licensed Hawaii real estate brokerage. License #RB-22883.
