The way this unit is positioned, there are no palm trees and no obstructions like Duke’s restaurant in the way of this ocean view. Located on the top floor and is the next unit over from the end cap of the building, it doesn’t get much better than this.

This popular 2 bedroom floor plan can accommodate up to six guests with two king beds (one of the kings can be split into two twin beds with advanced notice), and one queen convertible sofa sleeper.

The bath is well stocked with bath and hand towels and washcloths. Each bathroom has a hair dryer as well as a starter set of toiletries.

We also provide the essentials for your pool and beach days: Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, boogie board, children’s beach & pool items. Included with your stay are resort pool towels available anytime at the lobby and poolside.
If you’re traveling with little ones we have a pack-n-play and mini high chair for your children.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes you need to prepare your home cooked meals. We also have a Vitamix blender in the kitchen, a Standard and Pod Coffee Maker, and BBQ tools. After a long day at one of the pools or beach use the in-unit washing machine and dryer to freshen up your laundry, we include laundry pods for your stay. WiFi in the condo and throughout the resort.

This unit shines! All Carpet has been removed and replaced with Designer Luxury Planked Floors as of May 2024. Freshly painted in 2024. Furniture in living room, bedrooms, and entrance has been replaced. 3 Brand New Smart Samsung TVs. 3 New ceiling Fans. Majority of light fixtures have been replaced. New Art has been installed. New Barstools. We have upgraded our WIFI to Fiber with internet speeds up to 500MBPS, which is 10x faster than previous speeds and other units without fiber. Our units at Honua Kai are all part of the pool towel program. You will have access to pool towels for your stay!

The kitchen features Bosch Stainless Steel Appliances – large side-by-side fridge with icemaker, full size oven, cooktop, and dishwasher. Included are all your dishware, coffee maker, teakettle, Vitamix blender, and toaster. We provide soap, sponge, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags to use during your stay. Viking BBQs are poolside and available for your use.

Also equipped with Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, coolers, swim jackets & noodles, boogie boards, numerous children’s beach & pool items, a crib, high chair, a 3 wheel stroller and 2 pack n plays.

The Konea Tower features Whalers General Store to purchase any of those little things you might’ve forgotten back home as well as a walkable grocery store right across the street.
Just steps away is the Ho’ola Spa and the 24-hour fitness center, should you feel the need to break away from doing laps in the pool or running along the beach. Duke’s Beach House Restaurant is located right on the property for some great food and drinks with a view.

Services & Taxes

The Living Wage Pledge is a commitment we have made to pay our staff & cleaners fairly. A living wage is the minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs. 100% of the cleaning fee goes to the cleaning crew. Departure Cleaning is a mandatory charge of $299.

A $99USD fee is collected per reservation to offset any accidental damage up to $500USD (broken plates, missing utensils, scuffed walls, etc). We do not collect any additional deposit for accidental damage.

Resort Fee is a $35 per day charge that is added to every reservation.

Credit card payments incur a 3% domestic or a 5% international processing fee. We do accept other forms of payment such as bank transfers, wires, and checks if you would like to avoid these fees.
