Aloha! The Royal Pineapple welcomes you and your family to this highly desired 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Suite, Konea 512 at Honua Kai Resort & Spa. Sitting up at the 5th floor and away from any street noise and interior courtyard noise, creates a quiet and tranquil setting for you to relax on the lanai.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes you need to prepare your home cooked meals. We also have a blender in the kitchen, a Standard Coffee Maker, and BBQ tools. After a long day at one of the pools or beach use the in-unit washing machine and dryer to freshen up your laundry, we include laundry pods for your stay. WiFi in the condo and throughout the resort.
The condo includes a master bedroom with king bed and direct access to the lanai, ideal for enjoying outdoor relaxation. A second bedroom with a queen bed. Additionally, the living room features a sofa sleeper to accommodate extra guests. The bathroom is conveniently positioned with access from both the living room and the master bedroom.
The bathroom is well stocked with bath and hand towels and washcloths. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and we provide a starter set of toiletries.
We also provide the essentials for your pool and beach days: Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, numerous children’s beach & pool items. Included with your stay are resort pool towels available anytime at the lobby and poolside. If you’re traveling with little ones we have a pack-n-play and a mini high chair.
The Konea Tower features Whalers General Store to purchase any of those little things you might’ve forgotten back home as well as a walkable grocery store right across the street. Just steps away is the Ho’ola Spa and the 24-hour fitness center, should you feel the need to break away from doing laps in the pool or running along the beach. Duke’s Beach House Restaurant is located right on the property for some great food and drinks with a view.

WIFI has been upgraded with internet speeds up to 500MBPS, which is 10x faster than previous speeds Our units at Honua Kai are all part of the pool towel program. Included are all your dishware, coffee maker, tea kettle, Vitamix blender, and toaster. We provide soap, sponge, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags to use during your stay. Viking BBQs are poolside and available for your use.
The Dining Room & Living room are an open floor plan concept. The dining table comfortable accomodates up to 4 people. The living room features a Queen Sofabed and cable TV.

Services & Taxes
The Living Wage Pledge is a commitment we have made to pay our staff & cleaners fairly. A living wage is the minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs. 100% of the cleaning fee goes to the cleaning crew. Departure Cleaning is a mandatory charge of $295.
A $79USD fee is collected per reservation to offset any accidental damage up to $500USD (broken plates, missing utensils, scuffed walls, etc). We do not collect any additional deposit for accidental damage.
Resort Fee is a $32 per day charge that is added to every reservation.
Credit card payments incur a 3% domestic or a 5% international processing fee. We do accept other forms of payment such as bank transfers, wires, and checks if you would like to avoid these fees.
