Departure Cleaning

The Living Wage Pledge is a commitment we have made to pay our staff & cleaners fairly. A living wage is the minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs. 100% of the cleaning fee goes to the cleaning crew. Departure Cleaning is a mandatory charge of $399.

Damage Insurance Waiver

A $99USD fee is collected per reservation to offset any accidental damage up to $500USD (broken plates, missing utensils, scuffed walls, etc). We do not collect any additional deposit for accidental damage.

Resort Fee

Check-in fee of $50+tax and Daily Resort Fee of $25/n+tax and $20/n+tax valet/parking must be paid directly to the resort upon check-in.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments incur a 3% domestic or a 5% international processing fee. We do accept other forms of payment such as bank transfers, wires, and checks if you would like to avoid these fees.
